After you Submit the above form, follow the directions below:

1) Email a copy of your current AMA card to membership@wpmpa.com

2) Once payment is received, your AMA number/expiration verified and payment is received a Membership Card will be emailed to you at the E-Mail address you submitted in the form.

3) Gate Code , Website Code, Field WiFi code and Field camera codes will be E-Mailed to you.
